Our setup fee covers the part that’s actually hard: getting your number approved, migrating your conversations, configuring the channels, and training your team to use it.

This is the only recurring cost, and it’s optional. Care covers the things that quietly break when nobody is watching. Cancel it and everything we built for you stays live — you just take over the upkeep.
A few things we’d rather say up front:
Meta charges a small fee per WhatsApp conversation. We bill it at cost, no markup, on its own line.
VVS One builds need Care Business or above — a live AI agent has to be monitored, and the platform seat isn’t optional.
AI agent builds carry a 6-month minimum on Care, then month-to-month.
Website-only builds have no minimum term at all.
Cancelling Care never takes your site offline.
